Option to evaluate IPK rules when clicking 'save'.

If a new call is opened and then worked on over an extended period without being forwarded or deferred, the IPK rules are not triggered. This means that the customer has not been sent an email advising them that the call has been logged. An option to allow the IPK rules to be evaluated when clicking 'save' would resolve this problem.
