Is it possible to reset IPK Workflow rules to fire again?

Is it possible to reset IPK Workflow rules to fire again? Customer have a rule to send a message to a set of recipients for Critical calls. They would like this message/IPK workflow rule re-evaluated when the call is forwarded to a different group so that group gets the message also. Further notes from D.S. on site visit Nov 24, 2014: Do we need a Reset rule for an IPK query that could change? When a High Priority call is forwarded the email needs to be sent to the group owner. This means the IPK Rule needs to be reset based on fields not part of the rule
