Enhancement to have the ability to filter the officers and groups when forwarding a call, task or request

IPK Workflow Rules not triggered when an External Officer completes a call in the external portal. When an external officer completes a call in the portal the only thing that changes is the Physical Status of the call to 'External Action Completed'. There are 2 problems here: 1. Actions by External Officer do not trigger IPK Workflow Rules (regardless of criteria set) 2. Physical Status is not selectable as a criteria by default and needs to be configured via Rules Builder. Is this by design or an accidental omission? There is no way to trigger IPK Workflow Rules when an external officer completes his task on a call.
