Webchat improvement

- Like any standard webchat analyst should be able to take two or more chats at once, a key feature

- This is missing in ASM for some reason

- When analyst take a chat they go to "available busy" and cant pick up more

- Can this please be fixed?

      Agreed. Would be useful to have a configuration option to choose how many chats an analyst can accept at once. It would differ per organisation (or perhaps per chat queue)
