Problem records portal section / add me functionality

In addition to the Major Incident section and add me functionality we would like to configure this for problem records, enabling users to associate themselves to a known problem without having to go through the standard ticket logging process.

    We are adding a feature in ASM Hermes 10.6.8 (eta End Jan 2024) that allows multiple IPK Statuses to be configured for the Add Me widget in portal. So you could enable for Major Incidents and Problems.


    At the moment we do not have the ability to flag individual items from being displayed in the Add Me widget.

    Love this - would it also be possible to choose which Major Incidents and Problem records displayed in the add me? Not MI needs to.
