Anonymous email acceptance for Tasks and Requests

We have a lot of processes that have tasks to engage new starters and external suppliers for information and services. For the Users we create a temp account with their external contact email so they can respond to the task emails. For the suppliers is a bit more difficult, not all of them use shared mailboxes to reply, so it can be difficult at times, having to hunt down their replies and then add them to the system only to find out the person you had been dealing with for one request has now moved on and you're dealing with someone else.


For Call's there is the option to create and update calls anonymously, can we have a similar option for Requests and Tasks, where as long as the incoming email contains the correct ref, then it is added to the appropriate Task?
