Having Workflows be able to Assign Requests to workflow groups would help us greatly, as how we work, and to make it easier for end-users, is to only manage requests from the customer's perspective, as its confusing for them to have calls, requests, and tasks.
Analysts complete the "Tasks" but if anything needs to go to another Team, we would assign the Request, and Related Tasks to that team to ensure ownership, as when customers call up, they only have a request number if they are chasing them up.
This also means we don't need a queue for "Requests" to be held in, whilst tasks are moved between workflow groups.
