Over time people can change email addresses, or have different addresses configured for various projects that they are working on.
Currently the way ASM works, the person would be created as a new person if they email into the system and anonymous call creation is enabled.
Person records can be configured to email more than one address, and the other accounts can be deleted to "clean up" the system, but the problem then lies with calls that have been worked through and closed.
Theres no way to change the user on the call from the front end of the system and going through and updating this via the database requires quite a bit of work.
