Currently you can "increase" visibility based on org. This is good. However in our case we have lots of requests for other levels, such as department. These people oversee one or more departments, but would not be permitted to see the entire org. We also have cases were there are 'parent' orgs that are responsible for several 'children' orgs, but of course we do not want to give them access to ALL orgs. Not all are analysts so this would be both core and portal.
