Allow saved searches for contracts

Partitioning Existing Data

Add ability to reorganize saved searches
Currently vFire Core is missing the ability to sort or organize any saved searches in the list. There are workarounds but none are ideal. The ability to move saved searches around in the drop down list would be a great feature.0 Reviewed by Alemba Product Manager

SLA Target Time not available as field to import through designer
The SLA Target time would be useful to pull through on Call Review screens created within the designer -

the ability to stop a search
often times a search is started and perhaps the wrong criteria is ticked and it would be a great help to be able to stop the search, update the search criteria and then restart the search -
Save button on workflow screen needs to save request too
I've seen multiple individuals go to the trouble of creating a request, building the workflow and flushing out each of the tasks - carefully clicking save at the top of the workflow screen throughout the process - only to lose everything they have...

Indicator Management
There is a bug where indicators will stay active on tickets. This was noticed when a user raised a ticket via the self service portal. Having the option to edit or turn this off would be useful for workflow management.0 Reviewed by Alemba Product Manager
