Add the Call Closure screen, or all other screens, to the Designer so that it can be customized easily.

It would be useful to be able to view the ticket history for a user via their person record. That way you can quickly see if they've got any open Calls or Requests or find an older ticket via the person record without having to do multiple searches.3
