In Core, it would be a massive time saver (especially with CMDB) to, either where no result is found when searching in a field or ideally even if results are found, to have a Create New option at the bottom of the results list.

This would then negate the need to go diving through either the CMDB Item Type menu and find the exact item type, or to choose from a longer list of Templates when creating a new CMDB Item. You would ideally just be able to click Create New, it would ideally if you have a filter on that field by CMDB Item Type prompt you to create an item of that CMDB Item Type / choose from a CMDB Item Type template that uses that Item Type.

Even if not possible to filter, it would be a time saver on needing to navigate to whichever type of item the search field uses e.g. CMDB, location, user/analyst, etc. e

Or perhaps the ability on Designer to control per field whether it gives a tick box beneath it to create new, like how the PUBLIC_HISTORY and Copy Update to Child Calls tick boxes are linked to the SOLUTION_DESC field.
