Ability to see what CMDB items a user has assigned at task\request level

Would like a leaver process that from the request workflow can identify what assets the leaver has assigned to manage the message template and the receiving task of assets.

    Would definitely be useful, I assume this would come in as a Linked Resource in the person record.

    In the meantime, assuming you use the same field for the registered user across the different CMDB item types, you could set up a Multi-Search Field (QD Type: Configuration Item) to put on your Request/Task screen and then apply a filter on it where Configuration Item > User Field = value from another field (presumably a user single search field where you list the leaver).

    Then whoever is working on the Request/Task can click into the box and press enter - will show all the results (or as many as your Results to Display is configured to for that field type in System Admin > System > User/Analyst Search Fields Settings).
