Font size options in Designer
Font size on HTML fields go 8px, 10px, 12px, 14px, 18px. It would be good to have 16px, 14 is the same as normal text so no good if you want it to stand out but 18 is a bit to large.

Request and Task History Filtering
Request History has filterable options to remove system messages and SLM Events for Analysts, this needs to be extended to the End User View as often difficult to see proper notes/comments in amongst all the system messags.
