Request and Task History Filtering

Request History has filterable options to remove system messages and SLM Events for Analysts, this needs to be extended to the End User View as often difficult to see proper notes/comments in amongst all the system messags.

      I also believe this would be beneficial for the Call history screen in the Web Portal
