Ability to set custom colour for the top bar and menus for different environments like in previous versions

Since the new menu was introduced in ASM 10.5.x you can't change the menus to a custom colour instead only light and dark mode. RDASH want the ability to change it so that you can identify the different test/prod/dev environments like you could before in previous version of ASM on the old style menu.
