Allow BCC emails to not need a To: recipient

Unable to open multiple tabs for calls outstanding in 10.5
Before we could open multiple calls Oustanding tabs before the upgrade to 10.5 Please advise if it's possible to reimplement this as a feature as we were regularly using multiple tabs in the old system. -
Add the ability for Analysts in Core to edit service actions on calls raised in the portal
When a call comes through to portal (service action) the analyst that takes action is unable to update the service action field if the user has selected the wrong one.
