You should be able to set the font and size globally

Set Calls tab as default on Service Window instead of SLM tab
Not everyone uses SLM but everyone that creates/manages calls may find the Calls tab helpful. Even if you made the active tab a configuration that sticks when you close the call details screen that would be helpful.0

Make the Window Menu and sub-menu items available as options to the preferences and keyboard shortcuts. So that icons can be placed on the toolbar for Cascade, Arrange and Close Open Windows.

Workload View Columns drop down should default to Common fields rather than Calls
