Standard font size seems defaulted to pt8 which seems far to small, even if you do have good eyes! This seems the same in both in vFire and the portal, notiably when viewing news desk (double click on news desk and items opens but in pt8. It would makes sense to me to have a global setting within the system to set both font and font size. I'm aware you can change the size when raising a request, but be good to still have the ability to set font globally, please consider thanks
It seems we're not the only one who find the inability to amend the customer facing font a bit of a issue
In our case, it would also be very useful to be able to specify default font for each partition; we have one partition who use only IPK and rely heavily on text in calls. Many of them have also commented on this
This would definitely be of benefit to us. We've just gone live with vFire Officer and a number of our staff have commented on this. The font also feeds through to emails sent to the customer, and it would be good to be able to set this globally to match our corporate standards
