Make the Window Menu and sub-menu items available as options to the preferences and keyboard shortcuts. So that icons can be placed on the toolbar for Cascade, Arrange and Close Open Windows.
All other items from the menu are available - this one should be too.
It means you can switch between cascade and arrange easily and also close all windows at the click of a button.
In general any item added to the menu should be available to be added as a toolbar icon or as a keyboard short cut.
