Need the ability to save the configuration of the Matching Panel displayed when you view a call.  Currently it always seems to default back to “Search On > Description”, “the Last 7 days”, the Filters hidden and when Filters expanded only “Open” ticked.

We would like the Matching Panel to always open up with “Search On” unticked, the Filters expanded and “Type” ticked and “Last 30 days”.  Or ideally, to remember what the individual Analyst has displayed/selected (like other areas of the application do).
