Report in to Monitor

There is a report that can show calls that have been opened for more than 5 days, but is there a way to make this a monitor? Erica would like to be able to create a monitor that shows calls that are opened for more than 5 days, however exclude the ones from the last 5 days. Currently, the functionality and available filters in the product do not allow such a monitor to be set up. Checked in 9.2.1, and the functionality available is the same.

    v9.12 and v10 of the Product has a new embedded Dashboard Tool that will allow this reporting requirement.
