Monitor Wizard for Date fields does not allow a NOT value in filter.

I am trying to set up a Monitor that shows a list of calls not updated for more than 3 days, however when I create the filter using Last Actioned Date my only option is to show last actioned in 3 days.  There is no NOT value.   Can a NOT value similar to that available in Advanced Searches be available in Monitor filters?

I have tried this in Advanced Search as well but that doesn’t work as I would like it to.

    The Monitor Functionality is no longer supported in ASM and has been replaced by a new Dashboard Tool where this requirement should be able to be achieved.
