When viewing calls/requests/tasks in a search or outstanding view, the history description and short history only contain the first line of the latest update which is usually the system generated line of [Call Updated] or [Call Actioned].

It would be useful to either:

Remove the line break in the grid view so that the latest added update can be seen

Ignore the system added text from this view

Create a new field for "Latest Update" only showing the manually typed update and not the system added text
