Add Ability to embed Video into Knowledge Articles

In the same way you can embed an image into the description/solution boxes on a KB article it would be useful to be able to embed a video from a url or attachment so these can be displayed and run from the article on WSS or within vFire Core.

Probably would be consistent to add this link to all text boxes within vFire.

    Yes, embedding video would be useful.

    I just wanted to add that we also find copying and pasting into knowledge very buggy and difficult.

     

    it often loses formatting or doesn't paste all content in. the HTML editor is also very basic.

    We currently experience issues with copying/pasting images from and back into articles within vFire, but assuming that this feature is added bug-free, it'd be a great asset.  Even if it's simply a link on the article that opens a video, any additional way to get it in front of the customer would be a good thing.
