ATM, I don't believe there's a way to extract ANY report of KCS articles with screenshots and/or Attachments from vFire Core v9.8.4

Just gives blanks (on screenshots) when we extract a specific KCS article as a PDF document.

It would be great if this feature can be activated in the new reporting module or in newer versions of vFire.
