MMA URLs for Knowledge Base entries would be extremely useful for those that leverage the Core product the most because it would provide a way to link externally directly into the Core product vs. currently Knowledge Base entries only offered externally via Customer Portal.

All users of vFire would benefit because it would provide full-featured functionality of KB directly from the link, so depending on permissions, entries could be modified/updated immediately or linked.

It should work similarly to MMA URLs for Requests, Calls, and Tasks. The MMA URL would leverage Core Entity #, Root Type Ref, and Entity Ref (Knowledge Base entry ref) to link directly to the KB entry within Core.
