The ability to specify HTML code such as line breaks / pages <p> to make the display of information through the self service portal better.  For instance the Add me to major incident option only provides a short description and does not carry through the formatting of the description as raised against the actual core MI record.  The ability to add code to format a short customer friendly description on SS would be beneficial (raised at request of customer currently engaged in a project with)
