Trying to find the simplest URL to use to just display a specified call on the portal. The Help says "View a specified incident, or access the search page for Incidents", but when you view this page it only says how to Access Incident Search and Log an Incident via the URL. The only way to format the URL to display a specific call seems to be to use the following format: http://<server>/<system>/Core.aspx?LITE&BTN_CALLNO12345=TRUE (where 12345 is the call number)?

Would it be possible to add to the URL options something like:

http://<server>/<system>/Core.aspx?LITE?&VIEWCALL=12345
