When attaching an Object in IPK, you can give it a Title to differentiate between 2 similarily named objects (eg emails). You can't do this in Workflow. Email attachments often needed to be copied and pasted as Notes because the subjects are often similar and you can't attach an object with the same name, nor give it a Title to make it different.​
