I have just created an SLM Dashboard which seems to have very limited sorting and drilldown options.
I would like to see all open calls which will breach resolve target by day of breach date. Then when I drill down, would like to see the queue / assignment group the call is sitting in. As a workgroup Manager, I should be able to view all calls breaching for my team which is made up of 5 queues. My team leaders should then be able to see calls relevant to them, not the entire partition.
v9.12 and v10 have a new embedded Dashboard Tool that allows any SQL (also using the existing Report Views) or the Alemba API to create dashboards on any entity or field value in ASM.
Would also be very handy to have a Closed date option so you can compare calls logged with calls closed.
