Centralised Header & Footer for Message Templates

All emails sent from vFire have a standard corporate header and footer. It would be beneficial to have a single centralised location to maintain this information so that every template doesn't have to be updated any time corporate identity is updated

    A Global Email Header and Footer will be available to configure per Partition per language in 10.3

    Being able to specify templates for a particular screen set would be amazing for organizations with multiple partitions and business areas that use vFire.

    Good idea, but should also be easy to override for a specific message template
