Extract and store who was CC’ed in on an email that is polled and logged by vFire.
Currently, when someone sends an email into one of the mailboxes polled by vFire, if they cc anyone in, then this information is lost when the call is logged. It would be handy if we could store and display this data in a custom “CC’ed” field on the Call screen so the support person could cc those people back in, if they felt it appropriate.
