Report on which KBs have been sent to via 'Email Entry To User'

As a vFire Administrator, if I have sent out some KBs to be reviewed via the 'Email Entry To User' and want to know which ones I sent out, there is no direct way of finding this out.

After speaking to Antonin, the only way is to go to:

System Administrator > System > Activity Log

Find the Dates you sent out the emails

Export the log into Excel and use the Text Contains filter with "Type KnowledgeAbstract" to locate the KBs in question.

Is there a separate facility to locate this rather than the long approach above please?
