Access attribute
Updating the Access attribute in screen designer for Urgency field is a global change. Other attributes like read-only, required, label etc allow you to make a change by screen set. We'd like urgency to be readonly by all but one security profile group in the problem screen set, but full access for all other screen sets. Can someone please clarify if this is normal and expected behaviour? Customer has sent through the below justification We have a requirement to make urgency restricted for one type of call only. Our problem manager would like to be the only person permitted to set or change the urgency on problems. This field can be read-only for all other officers. The other types of calls need to have urgency updated by service desk or officers working on calls.
