Enhancement request to Schedule Request

Enhancement request to Schedule Request. Currently you can schedule a request but there is no way to have it filled out. If the request that is being scheduled has conditional branches that are based off of required fields there is no way to request it without it breaking. Would like to see this work more like a call template but for requests, where you schedule it, and then get to fill out the fields in the request.

    This is the one I was going to ask as well. =)

    We have a great demand for scheduled maintenance tasks. Scheduled Requests are very good for that but we need to set some initial request values when the request will be initiated automatically. In example:

    * Request Schedule (when it should start, repeating period and a workflow template to use)

    * Scheduled Maintenance Request description

    * Organization and/or Customer of the particular request.

    * External Supplier the task(-s) should be assigned to.

    * CMDB Item(-s) the maintenance tasks are carried out.
