Being able to create a call, a request, or a task busing a rules-based generation engine

Allows an IT or Facilities Team to manage schedule work effectively, and could facilitate a "call back" feature so that if your customer isn't available until a certain point then the Officer/Analyst can create a reminder task on the fly that is scheduled into their workload
