The one liner disappears when a call is closed

When an auto call close rule is applied to open/resolved or unresolved calls, the "one liner" field is overwritten. And even if the one liner field of the rule is empty.

Can we ensure that the one liner entered in a resolved / unresolved call is kept when the call is closed?

      This issue should be resolved in the upcoming 10.4 release.
