Add filter on calls outstanding screens to show/hide open/resolved and open/unresolved calls

With the new 2 stage closure functionality (close on portal and autoclose) being used more, customers will not action calls that are in the open/resolved or open/unresolved state. Therefore being able to filter out these calls from the calls outstanding that will either be automatically closed or possibily reopened by the customer without using the column filters.
