Rules that can be configured before a call can be closed

It would be nice to be able to setup a series of rules that must be met before the call can be closed. Good examples:

  • If call has an SLA - clock must be running before call can be closed

  • If system is partitioned, call type partition must equal call partition

  • Call Type must not equal certain call types

It would be nice to be able to define the rule - and define the message presented when the rule isn't met. If these could both be configured - this would be perfect.
