It would be nice to be able to setup a series of rules that must be met before the call can be closed. Good examples:
If call has an SLA - clock must be running before call can be closed
If system is partitioned, call type partition must equal call partition
Call Type must not equal certain call types
It would be nice to be able to define the rule - and define the message presented when the rule isn't met. If these could both be configured - this would be perfect.
