Search criteria auto populating

In multiple different areas, search criteria auto populates, causes confusion and is inefficient.

E.G.

  1. On a call search, fill out a user and the organisation fills out automatically. This relies on the call having the same user and organisation, which might not always be the case.

  2. When opening a task search inactive and unauthorised tasks are selected by default. Analysts are more frequently needing to search on only active tasks

  3. When doing a search for related calls in call linking, multiple different criteria gets pre-populated. Analysts are having to frequently uncheck all the prepopulated boxes and start with a fresh search.
