Ability to change order in user and analyst search fields settings

I cannot change order of the user/ analyst search fields settings. Hence first item in search results is most of the time irrilevent to the search.

If the order was changable likje any other field select option, it could be easily personalised more and will be user friendly.

I am now able to change the order, our instance had not upgraded properly. this can be closed.
