Generate Deep Link URLs when clicking the Ref Number in the Tab or on Portal

To quickly allow a URL to be generate to deep link to a Call or any other Entity such as Service Action or CMDB Item in Core, Nano or Portal by clicking the Ref Number in the Tab or from Portal/Nano interfaces

Often need to direct someone to see something in ASM and you dont want to send this via an ASM Email as this updates the History and you do not want to forward them the item.

      Would be useful to have some kind of Deep Link Generator as a whole, as trying to figure them out manually (and when it doesn't work, not knowing what i've done wrong) is a pain.
