We've had a direct feature request from an end user to be able to clone old requests they have logged in the portal. This would benefit repetitive change requests, as well as our particular use case (repetitive travel requests logged by administrators on behalf of others). Ideally it'd just mimic what we can do in core, but for non-core end users. We can't use templating as the forms are used by a large group of users with each admin having their own requirements for set answers.
