on the emails that generate to users when they have logged a call there is a 'open call' button. Would it be possible to easily amend the label on this button, size and colour?
This would allow us to make the button more discoverable to users, or amend the terminology on the button which we can make more understandable for inernal users
You can remove it from the email template and create your own image button, and link to the correct item from it.
We have done this more recently with some of our email templates.
Same also goes for the Approval Buttons, and Request buttons :)
