Add the name of user who has a call currently open

This would be useful so we are able to see who has a call open, and can then contact the user to close it. Otherwise user's open calls and then don't do anything on them throughout the day

    In Screen Designer we added the data field CALL_LOCK

    Then when someone takes action on the call it shows everyone else that opens the screen who's got it locked.
