Often times when an analyst clicks the search button (when searching for calls or requests or...) nothing visibly happens. It makes them question if the button was really pushed - so they push it again. And again. It would be nice if the button depressed so they would know that it had been clicked. Or if an indication that the system was "thinking" appeared immediately.
