Adding in system variables into searches within Alemba e.g. logged in analyst or the current date/ time etc. This will make shared searches more useful as we could add the logged in analyst as a variable into a search field to find all calls/ requests etc the logged in analyst their name or used in a different field. Also having the current date and time would be useful because then we might be able to set date fields to be two weeks before todays date or after for example and have a search to find all calls logged between the last two weeks for example.

Having this capability would make searches much more useful and less manual.
