Allow KB Authors to specify contributors

Currently the auther of an article is the person who created the article, notifications for review etc are sent to this person.

Furthermore, constibutors can only be added by the person actually editing the article, which can be difficult depending on the roles etc.

What is needed is an easy way to select people who have contributed to the article as part of the review of the article. And even change the author of the article

    This would be a useful feature. I am in the process of copying approximately 700 KB articles from our old system to Alemba and they will show as me as the author where I am not. This means I will get the prompts for reviews after X period of time rather than the person who actually wrote the article.
