KB Article Type to use same type tier control as IPK (v10.3.3 onwards)

Setting an article type (profile) that has tier is not intuitive. Actually it is not easy to set it at all as you have to click on the actual arrow to get to the next tier of entry types to appear, which does not feel intuitive.
